Jumping Jacks

This group is for school years 1 and 2.

We work on additional strength, flexibility and body awareness activities. This not only builds on the physical development but also increases the child’s confidence and body management. Additional gymnastic skills and their variations are introduced and developed. Sequence building, large apparatus skills on bars, floor, vault, beam and bench are all covered throughout each term.
